2026 kicks off with several ground-breaking releases all coming to the BFi IMAX early next year

 

THE BRIDE! (Maggie Gyllenhaal, 2026)

Director Maggie Gyllenhaal returns with this modern retelling of Mary Shelly’s gothic novel and the 1935 film, Bride of Frankenstein.  

PREVIEW: BULK (Ben Wheatley, 2026) + Q&A 

Digital 

A mind-bending sci-fi thriller in the tradition of Quatermass, Alphaville and Primer, but also a love letter to film writing and making. Followed by a Q&A with Ben Wheatley and cast members. 

NO OTHER CHOICE (Park Chan-Wook, 2025) 

IMAX with Laser 

One man’s desperation to secure a new job finds him exploring unique ways to eliminate his competitors, in Park Chan-wook’s compelling and madcap thriller. 

PROJECT HAIL MARY (Phil Lord & Christopher Miller, 2026)

SCARLET (Mamoru Hosoda, 2025)

WUTHERING HEIGHTS (Emerald Fennell, 2026)
